Shipping policy

Orders may take up to 3 business days to prepare for shipment. We ship UPS Ground to the contiguous United States for a flat rate of $10. Orders will be packed for shipping on weekdays only.

Should you need an item delivered within a specific time frame, please call us at (843) 815 4450. Additional fees will apply.

When chosen at checkout, we also offer Local Pick Up! If you are local or will be in the area, this is the option for you! You will be notified when your order is ready. ALL pick ups will be at Gigi’s (40 Calhoun Street, Bluffton, SC 29910)

The customer is responsible for all shipping, return shipping & reshipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference, as well as insurance in case the package is lost by mail carrier! See our 'Returns' page under 'Policies' for more information
