Thank you so much for supporting Gigi’s Bluffton! We are so grateful for you, and want you to enjoy your purchase. We understand, however, that not everything works out! We offer store credits for items purchased at full price. We do not process refunds.

A Store Credit for full priced item(s) purchased will be issued directly to your email in the form of a gift card if:

*The item(s) is received within 14 days of original receipt of purchase

*ALL tags are attached and the item(s) are unwashed & unworn

The customer is responsible for all shipping, return shipping & reshipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference, as well as insurance in case the package is lost by mail carrier!
